Ms. Chanleakhena is the founder and the Managing Partner as well as the key attorney of ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE.

She specializes in various sectors of her practices such as corporate, commercial contract & business licensing, banking and finance, fin tech, labor & employment, ADR and commercial litigation. She is very active in participating of giving her input and comments when it comes to new laws and regulation that related to her practice areas at different ministries, international and local organization.

She is further active in Cambodian courts throughout the country regarding all courts related applications concerning civil and commercial disputes arising from contractual relationship in banking and finance, employment and real estate sectors. She also advises Corporate Commercial Practice team in corporate/company registrations, drafting shareholders’ agreement, joint venture agreement, share purchase agreement, articles of incorporation, corporate restructuring including M&A and corporate finance related to off-shore and on-shore transactions; as well as company secretary works such as preparing documents for general meetings of shareholders and quarterly meetings of board of directors of companies.

Prior establishing ANNA & ASSOCIATAES, Ms. Chanleakhena served as the in-house counsel to a major bank in Cambodia, attorney at well-known law firm, and summer intern at international law firms outside of Cambodia. Almost a decade of working experience, she has sharpened her legal specialties and skills to advise the clients not only from her legal perspective, but also from her business sound judgments for the benefits of her clients.

In addition to excellent first law degree at her home country, she also earned postgraduate degrees from South Korean and the United States of American well-known universities.
Leveraging her working experience and her excellent education background, Ms. Chanleakhena provides outstanding representation with the ability to navigate strategical legal advice through complex issues and to provide insightful and business sound judgment solutions to each of her clients. She speaks natively Khmer, fluent English, basic Chinese and Korean.
