CHOUN SOPHANY

Ms. Chuon Sophany is a Project Coordinator at Anna & Associates Law Office with a legal background and extensive experience in project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and digital economy initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics and is a certified e-business and digital skills trainer accredited by APWINC of Sookmyung Women's University, Republic of Korea.

She has played a leading role in coordinating major development programs, including the ASEAN-Korea IDEAS Project Cambodia, supporting over 240 women entrepreneurs in strengthening digital business and e-commerce capabilities. Her contributions were formally recognized by the Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI), in appreciation of her role as a key member of the project team in the successful implementation of the initiative.

Her professional experience also includes supporting national initiatives such as the improvement of Cambodia’s National Trade Repository (NTR) under ARISE+ and contributing to the Ministry of Commerce’s Gender Mainstreaming Strategic Plan (2024–2028). Prior to joining Anna & Associates, she worked on land-related legal services, including title deed transfers, hypothec registration, and property due diligence.
