Mr. Samnang holds the position of legal advisor at ANNA & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICE.

Mr. Samnang is an accomplished legal professional with expertise in various areas of law, including labor and employment, commercial law, business licensing, and intellectual property. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), a prestigious institution known for its rigorous legal education.

During his tenure at ANNA & ASSOCIATES, Mr. Samnang gained valuable hands-on experience as a legal intern, where he contributed to a wide range of legal tasks. His responsibilities included company registration, corporate restructuring, business licensing, and the drafting and review of various legal agreements and contracts. These included share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, articles of incorporation, land sale-purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan agreements, perpetual lease agreements, and hypothec agreements, among others. He also played a key role in designing legal memoranda and fee proposals, translating legal and regulatory documents between English and Khmer, and assisting clients with the execution of legal documents. Additionally, Mr. Samnang conducted due diligence to assess corporate non-compliance and identify potential legal risks.

Beyond his professional expertise and educational background, Mr. Samnang is also fluent in both Khmer and English, making him an effective communicator in both languages.
