Chuon Sophany

Ms. Sophany is a dedicated Project Coordinator at Anna & Associates Law Office, bringing a solid background in law and expertise in project management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics and is a certified e-business and digital skills trainer through APWINC, South Korea. She is also an alumna of the Spark Innovation Summit by Techo Startup Centre, highlighting her commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

Sophany has played a key role in impactful initiatives, such as facilitating training for over 240 women entrepreneurs through the ASEAN-Korea IDEAS Project, improving Cambodia’s National Trade Repository (NTR) website under ARISE+, and contributing to the 2024–2028 Gender Mainstreaming Strategic Plan for the Ministry of Commerce. Additionally, she has supported SME mentoring programs through the ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network (AMEN) in partnership with YEAC and MISTI.

Before joining Anna & Associates, she gained valuable experience in title deed transfers, hypothec registration, and land-related legal services. Fluent in Khmer and English, with basic Thai, Sophany’s skills in legal research, event coordination, and digital training make her an invaluable contributor to Anna & Associates and Cambodia’s development initiatives.
